We investigated, and the lists don't look very pretty when having "Button Shapes" enabled on your iPhone under Settings -> Accessibility. This is because each medicine item in the list is actually a clickable item.
Currently its not pretty but usable. We will consider polishing design when Button Shapes is enabled.
